Dr. Leis always takes the time to answer all my questions and explains the procedures thoroughly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hands.
I barely saw Dr. Leis, but his assistant was amazing. She gave me shots with no pain.
He has repaired my collarbone as well as my arm; both bad breaks. He's as good a surgeon you'll find anywhere, both he and his team. He won't coddle you or tell you what you want to hear, but he will follow the best course of action. He has also repaired my wifes hands and done work on her shoulder. We won't use anyone else.
It has been the nurse practitioner Debra who I was always scheduled with. Debra seems to be great Debra seems to be very concerned & thorough. Debra scheduled the MRI. Saw Dr Leis twice. 1st when I wa told I needed to have surgery. Leis acts as he is being rushed. 2nd was Day of surgery. I never saw him again. I followed instructions thoroughly but I am still having issues that occurred right after surgery. I am now having additional tests. Will find out soon what else needs to be done.

Very personable and informative. Both Dr. Leis and staff helpful.
The only thing I see that could be tweaked would be seeing the doctor at every visit. I haven't seen Dr. Leis but one time since my first visit and after that. I didn't see him until my surgery date. I love his nurse practitioner. She explained everything to me and was very comforting to me when I was nervous. I felt at home when I had her to examine or check me out. Y'all really have a wonderful team. They are all awesom. Thank Bienville orthopedics
Dr.Leis is very professional, I never feel rushed when explaining my symptoms and he takes his time to explain his diagnosis and gives concise instructions on care and wellness.
