I think the wait time was much too long, 1 1/2 hrs before I actually saw Dr. Leis. He was very nice but only spent maybe 2 or 3 minutes with me. He was in a hurry and it showed. Also, I need to have a cyst removed from my finger and it will be 4 months before I get an appointment to have this procedure done. That is crazy. This was my first visit to this facility and I don't want to be negative about it. At other times this may have been a great experience but for me, the wait time was too long.
Dr leis and his staff are awesome most of the people who leave negative messages are probably drug seekers who didn't get their fix that day. He is a doctor not your friend. Bunch of crybabies!
This Doctor is the absolute WORST. Him or his staff did not prepare me for my post surgery pain. After getting home from the surgery the folder he gave me that was supposed to have all my post surgery instructions on it had like 3 things. I'm still in so much pain and now I've lost my range of motion in my joint. He's the most RUDEST doctor you will ever meet. I'm feeling like he has left me handicapped and he could care less. In my post appointment he didn't even want to answer my questions.
This doctor is horrible. I couldn't ask him anything after waiting an hour. He came in and said ill be living with my pain and walked right back out the door in 3mins. He ignored me and was rude.
I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I sat in one of the rooms for an hour and then he comes in and gives me less than 5 min of his time. I was only able to ask a of couple questions because after he told me what was wrong, he got up and started walking to the door to leave. He has an awful bed side manner and I don't think he even looked at my file judging by the question that he asked me. For what I pay to see a doctor, I expected a lot more from him. Don't waste your time going to see him.
