Dr. Chiarello is the most professional thoughtful expert dentist I have ever seen. He was my dentist some years back...I tried others and gave up. No one gives the same expert care in such a caring, professional, and friendly environment.
I have dry sore mouth from medications I take. Each staff were very understanding and made accommodations in their routine to make me comfortable. Dr Chiarello is brilliant! His expertise saved a tooth that would have otherwise resulted in a root canal or extraction
Dr. Chiarello filled in for Dr. Shapiro because I had an emergency. He was thorough, caring, and did an excellent job. I have been a patient here for years and am sure they are among the best in the city.

I come from Sag Harbor to see Dr. Chiarello. I think that says it all.
I was late for my appointment because of traffic with in the city. They called to see if I was still coming and when I explained what was happening, they were understanding and kind which help alleviate some of my stress and embarrassment of being late. The office staff was extremely accommodating with my appointment. I was expecting the need to reschedule and they were so reassuring that it was going to be find and not a problem. I can't forget the reason I was there, the hygienist was pleasant, kind and meticulous.
Service and level of competence were outstanding
Great experience and great work by Dr Shapiro.
