I've been going to this dental practice for years. I even moved out of town but still travel there twice a year for my cleanings because Dr. Chiarello and the staff are so wonderful. They are conscientious about every aspect of caring for your teeth and making it a pleasant experience -- little things like putting Vaseline on your lips to keep them from drying, big things like finding a cavity in a very odd place. While in treatment the doctors and staff are always concerned if you are feeling any pain or discomfort.You feel that you are in good hands as the work is being done.
the fees are always very expensive, and this is the only thing that would keep us from recommending more often, because many people simply could not afford it. there also needs to be dental insurance available for self employed people somehow, that really works, your office offers no options for this, disappointing.
As always I experienced exceptional dental care and client services . Beginning with Arlene the practice manager extending to every assistant involved in my care everyone exhibited absolute professionalism . Dr Shapiro is unparalleled as a practitioner . I would not go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Dr Shapiro is an excellent dentist and all the specialists associated with the practice are the best. Since I found them about 5 years ago I have achieve a perfect dental situation and this is at a point in my life where I have reached senior status. The support staff and the dental hygiene staff are very professional, pleasant and welcoming.
