These dentists are renowned for their professionalism and abilities. The support staff is very hospitable and caring The follow-up the next day after my procedure was impressive. Added features include this landmarked Gothic Revival building with a spectacular lobby and from the back of the offices on the 17th floor amazing views of Ground Zero with the gardens and many historic buildings!!! A joy to have this dental group that I can strongly recommend!!

Dr. Shapiro and his team seem to think they are all responsible for the condition and welfare of my teeth. This dental group is outstanding in explaining and supporting the treatment plan in a friendly, caring and competent way. It is remarkable that all these like minded professionals and support staff are gathered into one office. I am surely grateful that they are all there.

Dr. Chiarello is thorough, gentle, empathic and intelligent. Procedures are explained and conducted efficiently and expertly, with a level of competency that tells me he clearly keeps up to date in his field. Staff is courteous, warm and professional. So glad I found them. Dental procedures are not inherently pleasant though they need not be horrific. This is as good as it gets! Highly recommend!
