My only regret is not having done this procedure sooner I am so glad to have discovered Dr. Mesa. Never have I found a surgeon that is so gentle and a master at what he does. Even the injection prior to the buccal fat removal procedure was miraculously painless. The staff was super kind and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Amazing Results with my Chin Lipo I had an extended chin lipo on last October. Dr. Mesa had explained to me that he would do as much as he could but there is always a possibility to have a need for revision. At my 6 month follow up we both agreed I needed a small touch up. I am so glad we did!! I am very satisfied with my result.
