I had a rhinoplasty with Mr De Silva last year. I was feeling nervous beforehand but Mr De Silva and his team were very reassuring and put me at ease. Conscious sedation worked really well; I was completely asleep during the operation and felt no pain. To be fair there wasn't much pain after the operation either. Three months ago I underwent septorhinoplasty with Dr De Silva. The whole experience was excellent. Before the operation he was thoroughly reassuring, explaining each step in plenty of detail and carefully answering my various questions.
