I can't explain how much of a difference my rhinoplasty and chin implant have made to my confidence and I can't thank Dr. De Silva enough. I had an amazing experience from my first email to 5 months after operation. Top service and very skilled Doctor. No regrets! All the staff, nurses and Dr De Silva were so professional and amazing. The operation was painless as was the recovery. The first few days after the operation just feels like you have a cold and I had minimal bruising and swelling. The cast removal was also painless. Overall I would highly recommend Dr De Silva as I have no complaints, there was no pain and the results are exactly what I wanted.

I had lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, laser resurfacing & skin pinch in May, the whole process was faultless. Dr De Silva is so professional along with his team. I was so nervous before and he put my mind at rest. I had twighlight sedation and don't remember a thing, within 20 minutes left the surgery. Dr. Julian De Silva and his team, made surgery feel like a walk in the park. From my first ever consultation appointment, surgery and then post opp appointment I was really well looked after! I had lip a scar on lip that made it droop one side so I had lip reduction surgery to bring it back to its normal symmetrical shape and the result was absolutely amazing, perfection! I had cheek impants under conscious sedation a year ago: I am a doctor with both surgical and aneastetic training/experience. The experience was positive and the outcome excellent. Dr DeSilva has sound knowledge, listens carefully, and adopts a good balance between being overly conservative and doing what is needed to obtain realistic results.
