I had my upper eyelids done in March 2016. I did my research which is essential and I went with Dr De Silva who was the second surgeon I consulted. I wanted a very natural look which is what I received. I did bruise considerable for at least a week following but went home after 8 days and my partner didn't notice a thing !!! Having had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. De Silva back in February this year I'm delighted with the natural looking result. Basically my eyes ten years ago. Be prepared to wait several months for the finished result, but I was out and about within a few weeks from surgery which was quick and painless. I recetly had otoplasty and a filler to my nasal bridge performed by Dr. De Silva. My experience was excellent! He is a very talented, professional, knowledgable and compassionate surgeon. He takes you through your entire procedure step by step so that you are aware of what will happen on the day of your surgery. His Staff is very wonderful and are always on hand to look after you. I am truly happy with my results and I highly reccommend him.
