Sedation was a simple a "pleasant"and easy experience. I am usually a very nervous person and worried about all the complications of general anesthesia and all that could go wrong. That sad I also worried about "Sedation". This summer I went abroad to have the chin implant performed to correct my under-bite. My new chin left me looking quite severe which could only be resolved by undergoing surgery again. Letting someone go near your face is hard but throughout the whole time Dr Silva explained the procedure in depth and with all the patience in the world even after the surgery. The support staff have been equally as supportive and informative I am really pleased with the natural results achieved. I'm really glad I chose the right surgeon.

I had upper Blepheroplasty about one month ago. Dr De Silva explained everything throughly. His staff were very helpful and efficient. The nurse in the operation was really nice too. Overall the operation was much easier than I thought and I have very little bruising. A few days after noone even noticed. The results have been amazing. Very natural. I can recommend this clinic 100%. They are worth every penny.
