Overall a wonderful experience and I am so very happy with the result of my surgery. Dr. De Silva is hugely knowledgeable (he only deals with faces), has great foresight and has a very calming and reassuring manner about him. I had total faith in him before I had even had the surgery and I have even more now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had upper & lower blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing, under sedation, in Feb 2015. I am so thrilled with the result, which is everything I had hoped it would be. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure and was amazed at how quickly my eyes healed - I was out socializing after 3 weeks - although it did take approx. 3 months for everything to fully settle down. I had rhinoplasty done by Dr De Silva. From the first time we met, he was always very cool, calm and collected. Everything you want to see in your surgeon. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They were always there for me, and Dr De Silva was always fairly quick to respond to any email queries or phonecalls. I had lower and upper eyelid surgery under sedation carried out by Dr Julian De Silva and I am extremely pleased with the results 6 or so weeks afterwards. I know I still have more healing so the results can only get better. As my eyelids are no longer covering my eyeballs and the floppy bags under my eyes are gone I have a greater field of vision and I also look wide awake. I had a face lift and neck lift in February I was surprised to find it wasn't as bad as I thought. It wasn't even painful , I didn't have much bruising or swelling like I thought, but I did follow all Dr De Silva's instructions . I recently had rhinoplasty done by Dr De Silva. The procedure went very well, I had it under sedation. I was very anxious about going under sedation because I thought I would be awake for the procedure. I did not feel a thing and felt as though I had been asleep for the entire procedure. I had the following procedures two and a half months ago; Lower blepharoplasty; skinresurfacing (around eyes); PRP (platelet rich plasma); Fat transfer and Upper blepharoplasty.
