No masking on several patients, no social distancing, dark lighting in office, maybe the Botox was a different strength, but after 1 week, i still have some problem areas…. I won’t go back….
I purchased the signature facial which left me feeling underwhelmed. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told it would take a little over an hour. I was done in 35 min & that’s incl. getting dressed. Esthetician didn’t introduce herself & didn’t examine my skin prior & used products that left my skin feeling gooey. I couldn’t wait to get home to wash it off. Also, most staff doesn’t wear masks.
Dreary. Basic facial was VERY basic, a lot of goop and a mask (no looking at skin before or after the facial). Face feels oily afterward.
This was my first time getting botox. I made my appointment, showed up earlier than specified thinking I may be seen earlier, received a 'cold' welcome, was given lots of papers to compete and waited an hour to be seen. As soon as the practitioner walked in, I was inform immediately that my 20 units of Botox was not enough. When doctor came in she confirmed I needed 40 units and she would honor the Groupon offer. I wanted to get a touch up appt And was told I had to give a $50 deposit for a Sat visit I was not offered a different day to come in?Not very professional I paid a lot of money The eye brows were not done well...
