Absolutely terrible- will never do business with this team again.
I waited to do this review. When I walked out the door I thought to myself my gosh she did it so quickly. I’ve been getting Botox, the same 40 units that I got there at another place from where I moved. I felt like she rushed right through it. I wanted to wait and see what happened. Two weeks then I saw a definite results. However it a month later and it’s already almost gone. The person who gave me a facial was sweet but for a signature facial she did not really work on pours & black heads for any length of time. No neck massage or cream to arms or hands. I am a person who has had multiple facials and this one was disappointing. Maybe it is because I Used a Groupon. I would not go back.
My left side botox was different my right wrinkles. Was going to coat~$90 to Uber there roundtrip. So I asked if I could have SOMETHING off a high dollar procedure. Showing me the SAME price is operating in bad faith (hoping I wouldn't notice) I don't deal twice w people like that.
Horrible experience! My experience and belief is that MY Botox for my forehead was watered down. Crow's Feet turned out great. Two separate syringes were used.The injections in my forehead were not at the typical sites also. She injected mainly an inch from the hairline, which serves little to no purpose in the forehead and it's expression lines and wrinkles. Take your business elsewhere! $$$

Hi Michael. I’m a little confused by this review. You were just here yesterday. Botox Typically takes three days to kick in and a full 7-10 days to fully kick in. You are welcome to research that. You came in with a Groupon for 40 units. You asked me to put 40 around your eyes and then you purchased another 20 units for your forehead. 40 units is all that fits into one syringe and of course I got a new syringe for the extra 20 units. I felt she rushed through the procedure, leaving the product streaming down my face. I felt like a dart board, and she was throwing them at my face as fast as she could. Won’t go back, no matter what the price!
I just feel like this was WAY too fast, it literally took her 1 minute start to finish. She made a few quick marks on my head and bam. I also feel like she put too much in the sides (I’m only 30) and it made my undereyes look as though they had more wrinkles. I’ve had this done before and they have taken MUCH more time. When i asked why she was going so quickly her response was, “I do this all day!” I would not ever return. The boutique is also in a very questionable plaza which looks dangerous.
Bad experience, I got botox done but it did not work, my forehead looks the same, save your money and go somewhere else

Waited closed to 70 min, Dr Melissa was between working in her Urgent Care clinic next door and her spa office. After finally being called i was advised to purchase 20 more units of botox (at average price) cause my 20 units from Groupon would not cover enough, she was so overwhelm with both offices that day she was fast and rude injecting me, I bleed profusely.
