The doctor spent 90 seconds with me! Jabbed me so quickly and roughly it took my breath away. 8 jabs and I was out of there. I asked her where the Botox was from (China?), the answer "It's the same Botox I use on full-paying customers". Horrendous Experience.

I would never say that.... this is just plain false. I keep my Botox prices low for all patients I don’t call them customers as well I’m not sure why this person is questioning my product I use but definitely We only use real Botox and We the same Botox on everybody. I don’t recall any conversation with the patient about Botox being from China good luck with your future Botox needs
The staff was rude as soon as I said hi I have an appointment the first thing they said was ugh are you a Groupon patient? (and seemed annoyed by it) The doc was 123 poke poke ok your done as I sat there with products dripping down my forehead I said that was quick & she said yeah I’m a fast botoxer... over all not a good experience & didn’t come out even. I wouldn’t recommend!

If there was any problem with the Botox we always touch it up if necessary so if your having a problem want to give us a call that would be fine otherwise good luck with your future Botox needs.
She hit a blood vessel in my eye when getting Botox and I still have a black eye a month later

Unfortunately anytime you’re stuck with a needle especially around the eyes there’s a chance for bruising, not everyone bruises but occasionally happens good luck with your future Botox needs.
After consultation I was convinced to get Botox in the crows feet by the side of my eyes, two months later I still have huge bags under my eyes from this and a little droop to the corner of my mouth

If there is a problem we always tell you to come in and we see what we can do. That would be extremely unlikely but you are welcome to come in if there is a problem.

Worst facial ever! Not sure if i got the “groupon version” but besides a pathetic face washing, robotic scalp ”massage” I didn’t even want, and some sort of face cream smeared on at the end, it was a complete waste of my time. The “aesthetician”, if she even was one, left the room 3 times during the appointment! And during the time she was supposed to be doing the facial I’m sure she was checking her phone and/or texting! This Groupon hasn’t even been redeemed, so are you sure you are talking about the right place? We have never had a complaint about our estheticians who are great and are definitely not on their cell phones during facials.
This was a terrible experience.... very unprofessional...waited for over an hour and 10 minutes in a patient room waiting for Dr...... apparently she was very busy. Dr. M finally came in the room and gave me Botox injections... it's 2 days later and my forehead is sore, has bumps and bruises on it. I would not recommend or ever return for any services

Sorry you waited so long. This is unusual but does happen occasionally. As for bruising, we can not control that. Sometimes people bruise and sometimes they don’t. There are many factors involved and unfortunately any time someone is stuck with a needle there is this chance. There are vessels all over the place under the skin that cannot be seen and most patients are getting 10-20 injections with Botox. If you don’t bruise you’re basically lucky, good luck with your future Botox needs.
2 months after getting botox and filler it’s gone. I used to really like this place but I truly believe they dilute their botox. Will not be going back.
