Very friendly staff at check in Wait time was good, not a long wait Back office staff was nice and Dr.Farthing was really good with our son

Great experience with the hygienist. Office staff always nice to work with. Dr. Farthing and Dr. Papineau have always been wonderful to Dylan.

Receptionist was awesome at helping Arnold feel less nervous by letting him pick out his toy before his cleaning. Hygienist was also comforting when it was time to go in the back. Text message reminder are helpful but a bit excessive. Once a day, every day the week leading up to the appointment is a bit much.
It was Owens first big dentist visit. He’s only ever had cleanings. The staff was great and made a nervous little boy and momma very comfortable!
