We really appreciate Dr Papineau calling us over the weekend for an emergency for our 18 month old daughter, who wasn’t a patient. Then he scheduled for her to come in first thing Monday morning to get checked out. As soon as we walked in we could see this was a clean, kid-friendly space on top of having a kind office staff. I highly recommend this office. Dr. and assistant are care patient and working hard the patient.
The experience from the child’s perspective is great. My son prefers coming here rather than the dentist we had normally went to for several years. Reason I gave 3 stars was from my point of view. Last visit I made a payment for what he had done that day and was told my estimated total for our next visit. Fast forward to “next visit”, total amount due was twice the amount I was estimated because insurance didn’t pay a certain amount. All the staff were so nice and so helpful. This place is very professional. My 3 year old enjoyed her first visit and as a nervous - mom they were able to provide all the information that I was looking for. Thank you so much for a great experience:
