The staff is not only highly professional, they are also attentive to the personal needs of their patients. My visit was very satisfactory. My mouth healed quickly with minimal pain. A successful experience on every level.
I was a little nervous going into my consultation, but felt 100x better by the time I scheduled my appointment. From the first person who greets you at the front desk to the last person that schedules your appointment, everyone is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Dr. Welch is so nice, professional and truly answers ALL your questions. All these played such a huge role in calming my nerves. I now know I am in the right hands and will be taken care of.
Dr Welch and his great staff gave me the best care today during the placement of my implant. As during earlier visits they were really friendly and thoughtful. Both my teenage daughters and now myself have been to this office for tooth removal. Not only are the Doctors amazing and caring but all the staff as well. From hot towels for comfort to step by step after care we were treated like family. This kind of care is second to none.

It’s clear that the office and the staff are well rehearsed in what they do. The staff are very personable, and even got a phone call from from Dr. Welch himself to check in on me the night after my operation. Overall it was a great experience. If I had more wisdom teeth to get pulled, you bet I’d have Welch’s office do it again.
So very thankful and pleased with my experience for dental implants with Dr. Sweeney. Couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor and staff! I was very nervous about my initial visit to get things started. I don’t like shots in my mouth because I had two years of dental work done and i constantly was getting shots. First dentist hurt me until I cried. I’m hoping part 2 is easier. Dr. Welch asked me about bottom implants and the surgery. I explained my fear of Novacaine. And the pain in my jaw makes me want to chomp down. He made notes and asked how I’m doing now. I can’t say enough how much I want this complete. I guess I can wait month. Thanks Crew
Dr Sweeney and staff are the best in the business hands down! I was sent to NW Oral due to bad care from a different provider and was blown away by their professionalism and outright care for their patients.
