Doctor Welch's office is pretty one sided, the surgery the Dr. did was fine as far as it went. They don't bill Medicare which was fine, stated we would have to send on to Medicare. In contacting his office they refused to give the codes as other doctors have. Without these codes Medicare won't process, so we are out $2,586.00 dollars. Great. It hurt when you pulled it out - I wanted to holler but I was afraid to. Now, 7 hours later, it’s about a 3 out of 10.
Get a history of the patients you are dealing on the matter of past experiences with dentists. When they are done paying you they are still human beings. Please stop dodging questions about pain and then when they are asked please stop talking to patients as if they are incompetent and stop demoralizing them. Not once, not once was I ever asked my pain level you cut into me pretty deeply . Because of my last two visit added together, I am less likely to trust dentists.
To much paper work, just there 2 weeks ago, waited 2 hours and drove to Springfield for a Covid test then filled out the same paperwork today
Very satisfied. Dr. Welch explained everything in a forthright manner.
At my appointment today I was given a Covid form which asked if I was vaccinated. I then asked if the Dr and staff was vaccinated and they refused to tell me. Amazing the patient is expected to disclose that information but the HEALTHCARE worker is not required to say. So I must assume none of them are vaccinated. Just remember that when you schedule for your surgery!
Was under the impression I paid the bill in its entirety the day I got my surgery done. I was wrong.
