I went in, took a nap, woke up with my wisdom teeth removed. Now that’s what I call hospitality!!
100% Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. He is gentle, warm, and so so kind-hearted. He soothed all of my anxiety during the consultation as well as during the procedure. I had all of my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Welch, and he made the process easy and as painless as he could. All of the staff were wonderful as well. Other doctors simply do not compare. I drove from out of my city to visit the Eugene location. I would happily recommend Dr. Welch to anyone!
Dr. Welch is friendly, upbeat, and has a great manner that conveys confidence and sets his patients at ease. All staff that I dealt with throughout my implant process were also friendly and highly professional.
I was recently in Dr. Welch’s office for a consultation. It was my first time there. Dr. Welch and the entire staff were great. Everything you’d hope for. Very friendly, professional, and patient. I felt like I was with friends.
I had surgery last Sept by a different surgeon and something went wrong from the beginning. With the help of Dr. Welsh and his staff I’m completely at ease. I have felt so emotion up until now.
Had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Welch today and two assistants. He pulled 5 upper permanents. After having 4 permanent and one baby tooth pulled on September 13th. On the 13th Dr.Welch pulled the 5 teeth and inserted implants in bottom jaw. Although I brought up some problems to me, they were always helpful and took there time with me. Kudo’s office Staff. Especially my financial person, Karen. She did more than took my money. She assured me and repeated things as many times as needed. Thank you
The staff is not only highly professional, they are also attentive to the personal needs of their patients. My visit was very satisfactory. My mouth healed quickly with minimal pain. A successful experience on every level.
I was a little nervous going into my consultation, but felt 100x better by the time I scheduled my appointment. From the first person who greets you at the front desk to the last person that schedules your appointment, everyone is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable! Dr. Welch is so nice, professional and truly answers ALL your questions. All these played such a huge role in calming my nerves. I now know I am in the right hands and will be taken care of.
