Booked an appointment on zocdoc and when I got there they gave me a story saying that the appointment had not been booked. Yet they actually showed me the paper saying that my appointment had been booked. I begged them to see me because it was an emergency and they made me wait an hour to then tell me that they couldn’t see me because they were backed up on seeing the patients. I wasted a day of work for nothing. They are very inconsiderate! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a doc’s office!
