Dr. Poochareon conducts an extremely thorough skin check, surpassing any other dermatologist I have visited. She has a very pleasant demeanor and answers questions without a hint of impatience. Her medical team is also responsive to email queries. Although Dr. Poochareon is booked months in advance, her friendly medical assistant, Melissa, is very accommodative and follows up with re-scheduling patients should an earlier opening become available. I highly recommend Dr. Poochareon and her professional staff.
I have been to this office several times and have had the pleasure of seeing all of the providers. This office exudes professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and top notch customer service. Dr. Poochareon is very thorough at examining and evaluating any of my concerns, and those that I had not thought about. She is knowledgeable and she explains things clearly. Also, she is quite personable.
Dr. Poocharean is one of the best dermatologists I have ever been to. She is extremely personable and the only one I trust with my semi annual skin checks. The office is very clean and efficient at getting you out of the waiting room and into the patient room. Her medical assistant Melissa is also delightful and very helpful. Dr. Poocharean is so popular that she is booked up to six months to a year in advance.
Dr. Poochareon is an intelligent and thorough dermatologist. She is an excellent listener and her exams and any necessary treatments are delivered with expertise. This practice is well run by a proficient staff and medical assistant. You receive great care with her and the team.
