From the first phone call we received from Lisa, promptness in scheduling to the appointment in the same week. Dr. McVicker and his associate were personable and friendly! They showed genuine compassion. My daughter (17) has been experiencing unexplained knee pain. He was highly knowledgeable and after the X-ray was taken he was confident in diagnosis! Great surgeon with great results after having both hips replaced. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Listens to the patient and answers your questions.
