No restaurants on property except for a chicken sandwich place next door in the casino. Definitely not safe after dark

Vacation Front desk service was excellent! Brett was so helpful with everything went the extra mile to give us information about the metro service and even if you restaurants around. Would recommend to anyone. The casino was nice but the view was the real seller.

Mixed feelings I've never had a bathroom that had a place to safely dispose used needles before. But otherwise its been a real nice, clean, comfortable hotel with plenty of parking. It was easy enough to get to and is close to the Gateway Arch.

Was very surprised to receive an email three days before my arrival saying they would not be cleaning my room until I checked out. I feel they should give you an option to ask to have your room cleaned. When you ask for towels, they gave them to you with no problem. The front desk staff should familiarize regarding transportation or have a van to take guest to America's Center. There was a young man that worked in the evening very friendly and helpful, so sorry I don't remember his name. Hotel could certainly use remodeling ... read more
