This hotel is showing its age. Know that it is not connected to the Casino. You must go outside a short distance to the Casino. It does not have any food service except a vending machine. There is coffee in the morning until 10:30. The room was clean except the carpet was worn and spotted and there were only a few lights. There are no USB ports for charging. I wasn’t impressed with the service as I thought the staff was a little rude. We were not informed beforehand the the pool was closed. This should’ve been made clear in the booking process. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

The room was clean, but the carpet has seen better days. All of the staff was excellent, the price is good.

Excellent Customer Service I booked about five minutes before arriving at the hotel. Although I had a confirmation from Hotels.com, they didn’t think they had availability. However, the staff was super helpful and got right to work, getting me into a freshly turned over room within about 15 minutes.
