I'll stay again Great place to stay close to downtown STL. Customer service was great. They shuttle you to and from game. Felt safe.

Okay The room was nice minus there not being a microwave the hotel was also very nice but the 4pm check in time was kinda unsatisfying also the pool closed at 9 pm ? Checkin in at 4 pool closed at 9 yeah I didn’t care for that also they need to do something about the guy that I’m assuming works at the casino that harassed my friends wife about cigarettes two separate times I assume he works there cause he was out there before 11 am about the 10:30 am range but the staff was really friendly and the hotel was clean

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Overall enjoyed our stay. Just need some softer beds. Would stay there again.
