Good place to sleep. AC wall unit is loud. Staff? What staff? Two people checked us in, there was no one to greet us coming in and out. No one at the desk for check out.

Pros: Price, proximity to downtown attractions (by car),secure elevators, casino next door, staff was friendly, plenty of parking, quiet. Cons: Outdated, no fan in the bathroom (got very humid), carpet in hotel room was very stained and torn in places, not a lot of outlets for charging phones & plugging in CPAP machine. Honestly, you get what you pay for. I was not expecting a 5 star resort. For what we paid, it was right on target. I'll stay again Great place to stay close to downtown STL. Customer service was great. They shuttle you to and from game. Felt safe.
