I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and we loved the kitchenette feature. We didn’t expect the kitchenette to come stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a small dishwasher! (The small fridge was spotless!) The location is extremely convenient - out of the tourist-y uptown area, but right on the main road that runs through Sedona (Route 89A) with lots of shops and restaurants very close by.
The room was super clean and a great view for a great price! The room looked exactly like the pictures, check in / out were super easy. No complaints.

Our 3rd night was terrible due to angry couple fighting until 3am. We had to call the Greentree Motel across the street, where there is someone on duty to notify the angry couple which they did. They told the couple that the next disturbance the police will be called. Dreamcatcher did discount our room and moved us to a much nicer 2nd floor room and the rest of the stay has been much improved. The Dreamcatcher is a decent hotel in a fairly central location. It's a obviously a on old roadside motel that's received a thorough makeover, which means that while it's short on modern amenities, it does exude a a certain amount of vintage charm. We particularly appreciated the fact that the Dreamcatcher is pet friendly as we were traveling through Sedona on a cross-country trip with our dog and couldn't have stayed anywhere that didn't accommodate pets.

Perfect little room for our quick getaway front staff was great and helpful, only reason for not doing 5 stars was the heater/AC unit made a very loud noise when turning on almost like a blender but otherwise great!!!

This is a lovely basic hotel. Our room had a small kitchenette. We stayed there with two dogs, it was very dog, friendly, with tile floors. We were on the first floor, there was a lot of noise from the floor above. In spite of this, I would definitely stay in this hotel when traveling through Sedona again. No breakfast, go to Layla’s bakery for the most beautiful pastries you’ve had in a while.

Clean bathroom. They just need to inspect sheets and pillow cases for dog hair before putting on bed. Wish they wouldn’t allow dogs but I understand
