Our only complaint was loud neighbors on the floor above who woke us up 2 out of the 3 nights.

The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The carpet was frayed, the a/c-heating unit was okay but the covers were worn off of the buttons. Rust around the shower unit. Towels were old, but clean. Appreciate the pet-friendly. Difficult to catch staff in office.
