Thank you to Dr. Wilson and the staff for taking such good care of my Schnauzer (and me :-)). They worked her in on a busy Saturday morning to handle a minor emergency and checked in with me after I picked her up to make sure that we were all doing OK. Great service.
We have a small senior dog rescue and hospice, which means lots of health issues in addition to routine preventive care. Drs. Shuman and Wilson always respond to our requests for advice as well as medical and surgical emergencies. And, they help us deal with the emotional stress of accepting the realities of caring for elderly pets. Their staff of vet techs and office support personnel add to the friendly, caring, and efficient service.
What an amazing place! The staff are the absolute sweetest people and Dr. Wilson and Dr. Shuman are both very skilled, thoughtful, and honest doctors. I was refereed to this Hospital after finding out that my elder pup needed to have surgery, but it required some skilled hands (for the stitching up) The surgery went well and the recovery has been even better. Dr. Shuman did an amazing job, and I am so grateful! My pets have have found their furever home here!!
I am so thankful for this top notch veterinarian! They are so loving and professional with my sweet Labradors. My oldest dog absolutely loves going there. He knows just where the toys are located and they are so gentle and caring for him. Yesterday, I had to make a call in about some symptoms my dog was having. They were so reassuring and followed up with me to make sure my dog was feeling well and healthy. Thanks so much!
I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff are so kind and caring. Our dog decided to "play" with a toad. He became sick and when we discovered the evidence on the he deck we totally panicked. We rushed over with hour calling and were greeted by the kindest and caring staff and vet. Fortunately the toad wasn't the poisonous kind. Thank you so much for all you do
Office staff amazingly caring and friendly. Doctor Shaumen spent time discussing my concerns and my pup seemed more relaxed than she usually feels at vets office.
Can't say enough about the staff being caring and patient with my dog. She isn't a fan of getting her eye infections or shots (who is?) but they have done a fantastic job taking care to be as gentle as possible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the space is nice and clean, and they have been very responsive to any request or question. Makes it an easy decision to drive from Austin!!
UPDATE: I want to add that dripping springs animal hospital has the most amazing staff and they know my dogs by name. They are constantly going out of their way to make my dogs feel special and loved. I love Shelby and Kim, their smiles and positive energy is contagious. And Dr.Frank and Dr.Rachel are equally amazing! Seriously I don't even care which dr cares for my dogs because they are both amazing and awesome! All the DS Animal Hospital staff is top notch, very compassionate and caring. Their office facilities are always clean. I wouldn't think of taking my 'girls' anywhere else. Jan J
