Data savers were professional at every point in the process. They reassured me that my data would be safe with them, and they were fast, efficient and accurate in retrieving the data. They are pricey, but when protecting the data you want to be sure youre dealing with protect professionals, I would 100% recommend data savers to my friends.

Drive Savers did a really good job with my data recovery from a 1TB Western Digital HDD. They provided a prepaid shipping label to there site and then provided an assessment and cost estimate. They determined a mechanical failure of the drive (hence the uninitialized status). Through out the process they were very communicative and kept me informed of of the status and asked many detailed questions about what data was one the drive and what was most important for me to guide their recovery verification. Super helpful for recovering my damaged hard drive! Most of what was on there was recovered. Kept me up to date on all the steps & delivered drive earlier than expected. However, it is still very very highly priced. Would use again, but just back up all your stuff to the cloud & other mirrored drives to make sure you dont have an expensive drive failure on your hands!

Grossly priced. But they got the job done. Also, I was never told of the slow job/wait 3 months or more option. Only immediate service and the next tier down. I was told there are 2-3 more tiers for a lower price which I got. It was $2800 plus whatever extra for the drive etc. in total after fees and apple discount $3077. Again, Grossly priced. But I got all my photos and videos I had lost. I recommend drive savers.

They were very upfront about everything to set expectations and nothing was a surprise. They were able to recover all the data on my broken mechanical drive. Best data recovery service ever! Glad to see they are still in business as I have heard about these people since the late 90s when I worked for Maxtor and we referred people to them at that time for data recovery. Keep up the good work people...although I thought the price was high...around $3500 to fix a mechanical drive.

DriveSavers literally saved my life and all of my files on my crashed hard drive! I took my hard drive to another company who was unable to recover my files but DriveSavers were able to exercise their outstanding expertise and recover every single one of my lost file for me! I had my entire ITunes library on an external hard drive. My laptop is older so I bought the hard drive to save ITunes to it and save space on my laptop hard drive. It fell off the desk it was sitting on and the cable caught it. That was enough to damage it. DriveSavers was able to save the ITunes library for me! It had a lot of files of CDs I had burned onto the laptop and it would have been a long and frustrating process to get everything on there again. Thank You DriveSavers! Thank You!
