BARGAIN workhorse!!! Wow! This little scanner is everything I hoped for. I travel extensively for business, rarely actually being in my US office where I can scan on the multi-function. Great product and software for scanning regular sized items I bought a printer without a scanner and got this item to scan all receipts for my business. The software that it uses is plain and simple yet very effective. It is quick and very accurate. My only complaint is that if you scan a long receipt or paper about 17" or longer, it will scan smoothly but think there was a jam because it had not finished after a few seconds and will stop scanning. Any regular sized items or even legal paper is perfect though.

great scanner if you are not scanning receipts - if you are then keep shopping Let me start by saying I purchased this primarily as a receipt scanner. I have a full size flatbed scanner that I use for everything else. But I may change to using this because - as the other reviewers have noted - it is lightning fast. I've used the Neat receipt scanner for years and loved it but it isn't working for me with my new Windows 10 computer so I decided to switch to Brother based on the reviews. Three Stars works ok
the best $100 I ever spent on a CE product I had my old Canon scanner for 15 years (I kid you not, the best $100 I ever spent on a CE product!) but it finally died. I decided to replace it with this more portable model and have been very happy with it. Resolution is adequate. The software takes a little getting used to, but if you have photoshop things clean up easily.
