I have a flat-bed scanner in one location but needed ... I have a flat-bed scanner in one location but needed something for occasional scans in another. This is just too convenient and easy-to-use to believe.
I love the portability of this scanner I love the portability of this scanner. We bought it because each of us (husband and wife) use different computers (PC & Mac). This one works on both where the other scanner we previously bought and returned only worked on one. It comes with a cloth, draw-string carry case. Nothing fancy but nice to be able to keep the scanner together with the cord. Great product though Scanner works very well. Only complaint I have is the stickers on top of the scanner leave a very difficult to remove residue. Took me about 10 minutes to clean it all off with rubbing alcohol. Great product though. very compact and light weight and has a nice dust bag to store it in.

Great product, but doesn't do double sided and doesn't include the receipt scanning software So, I did buy this product mainly to do the receipts. First of all, the software comes on a CD. What is a CD? depending on your age, it is a shiny round thing that no longer is useful with the new Laptops. SO, I had to search the web for the software. it's super easy. I use it with PaperScan 3 Free ... I use this to scan business receipts, it's super easy. I use it with PaperScan 3 Free Edition software and it works wonderfully. I love that it's small, I can just keep it on my desk out of the way and I never notice it.
