This thing works great I use it at the library while doing genealogical research. Scanning papers instead of paying for the copies at the library/ research center. Wish I had one years ago.
easy install and easy to use No fuss, easy install and easy to use. I wish the plug for the USB was on the end instead of where the paper comes out. Just have to watch that the outfeed paper doesn't get jammed on the cord.
Great scanner Used this to replace Neat portable scanner which died soon after warranty. I like it and the accompanying software better that the Neat software.
Great scanner I love this scanner - so easy to set up just plug in and upload the software. It works with a pdf program easily - no brainer. Just feed the page through into a file or through the pdf program and create a file. If it sticks just open the top take out and try again. can have tape on the page and goes through easily. Don't use the paper guide, otherwise solid I was frustrated with this scanner upon first opening it, because the software was separating single sheets of paper into 2-3 smaller sections and not catching all of the words. I spent an hour with Brother's 9am-9pm livechat service, getting the runaround from either a bot or people who really don't know this product. Their advice included reinstalling the software, restarting my computer, checking for a paper jam, etc. It didn't help that I was also spending this time trying to sc... read more
