FAST scanner Amazing and fast scanner! I have a bunch of old photos I am scanning and they are coming out nicely. The color is a little orange though but I am not sure how to fix that.

Cute, clunky software, clunkier support Probably not coincidentally, within 24 hours of posting my original 1-star review (see below), I received a unscheduled phone call from Antonio at Brother support, who said he would fix my problem, and he did. Smart guy with a decent sense of humor, who was able to provide the link for Nuance. (Thank you, Amazon.) So, I've upgraded to 3 stars. Works great, easy to use I've scanned over 1500 pages and had no problem whatsoever. It's not that hard to set up the program to print to a file wherever you want. I'm not a computer expert by any means, but if you read the pdf manual on the disc, it walks you through how to set that up. This is actually the best scanner I've bought to date.
Love it! I am enjoying this product. I do a lot of scanning for work so this product is making it simple. I love that I can scan right into the file the document was intended for.
