Bought this scanner for the purpose to scan both sides of documents in one pass. Very pleased and buttons are customizable.
We had one of these before, but needed to get a replacement because the on-board USB connector broke due to a pretty bad fall while the cable was attached. However, it worked really well for a portable scanner and was worth replacing. It handles duplex scans in BW, Greyscale, or color and can scan to an SD card if needed. Fast scanner I like that it can scan color photos and you have the option of scanning as a jpeg or a PDF file
Quick easy to use. Would buy again. Super convenient
While I was installing driver and (too much software) from CD, I scanned several pages, black and white and color, one and two sided to the SD memory card. My computer had no problem downloading the documents. The scanner is very portable, so the only time I'll need wifi is to download to phone or tablet. One day I'll look at all the software that came with scanner. just don't feel the need. The DS-920DW is a great portable scanner with a modest price.
This printer and scanner is fast and reliable. It is easy to use.
Still learning how to use it and navigate thru it it is a little bit to learn
My only complaint about this scanner is the lack of a easy to understand user's manual. Also, I had to learn some operating details on my own thru trial and error.
