For people my age, the ability to scan documents using something the size of a ruler was some real James Bond spy raft. The product works as advertised, easy to use and if you're able to understand working with PDF files, , you won't have any problems. Memory card transfer is easy.
Works great, super portable. Scans are clear and it's easy to use. Only complaint... when duplex scanning, files are not automatically associated with each other, but that's a software issue.
We purchased this scanner to scan in all of the paperwork in a two-drawer file so we could save some space in our house. Great quality scanner with great quality resulting scans. The PaperPort software feels like an early '00's throwback, but there are other software options out there if you don't want to deal with it. The software works well enough, anyway.

This scanner does what needs to get down. Scans documents and paper just as the products says it does. Not fancy just a simple easy to use scanner.
Duplex scans business cards in color or black and white. I am a fan!
The device scans both sides of a document at the same time, and this is a great feature, and I am happy with my purchase.
