Excellent all the way around! New patient appt after feeling I only fit in at a quick, chain type practice. Bad teeth since childhood and could not afford the best care at the time. They ALL were so welcoming, empathetic, and understanding! Very informative and reassured that the overall treatment plan (a lot of work) could be broken in little parts at a time and when I was able to. The BEST for those of us who are embarrassed and afraid of the judgement. They do not make you feel like you are 'less' :)
Best dental team I’ve met. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Instead of telling me “oh it’s not that bad you can do it” she stopped and talked with me, made me feel comfortable & normal & not just a crazy person who can’t handle the dentist. She actually cared, listened, and planned out a more comfortable treatment plan for myself.
They are the nicest people I have ever had work on me at a dentist office. I get so scared and have such an irrational fear of the dentist but they worked through everything with me and never once made me feel bad about it. Every person I encountered there was so comforting and so nice.
I had a great first time visit at Dugas Dental. They were very courteous and professional. My exam and cleaning was very thorough and informative. They were very mindful of my comfort while they worked on my teeth. I recommend Dugas Dental.
I had been having pretty severe tooth pain for a couple months following extensive dental work at my previous dentist. We had just moved to Mt Gilead but we knew I needed a dentist quite quickly because of the pain. Dugas Dental had great reviews and was just around the corner so we decided to give them a try.
