Duncan did not get impatient when I had him give me several different financing scenarios. He wanted to be sure that we got the financing that worked best for us. When our closing got delayed, he got right to work to make sure we had a new date set, and all the new paperwork drawn up and ready to go. This is our second experience with Duncan, and I wouldn't consider anyone else for our future mortgage needs. He and his team are a well-oiled machine, and it shows.
