Dustin and his team at NOVA home Loans went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth re-fi of our property. From start to finish, every question and/or concern was answered promptly. Paperwork submittal was very efficient as 100% of paperwork was submitted and signed digitally online (excluding Closing Docs). As returning customers (NOVA was used for initial purchase of same property) we couldn't have ask for more which is why we used Dustin for our re-fi.

I had my mortgage refinance done with Dustin Dehart NOVA Home Loans last year and my experience is nothing but outstanding. His team was very helpful and quick. He assigned Mr Ben Comia as my refinance officer who took care and answered most of my questions. The process was so easy and most of the paperwork were done through electronics means. They are always there to help you out and explain things as you go.
