very responsible, grate team to work with. every thing was done on time as promised. most defiantly will be back next time i want to buy a house. Highly recommend to go see them when you are buying a house or refinancing it. Staff is very helpful and they know there business.

You were fine-it was the seller-selected title company that caused a week-long delay in closing. Totally ridiculous. Thanks for your efforts to close on time.

Dustin, you were very responsive! But Ben Comia and his failure to follow our instructions led to a long delay in closing and a lot of frustration. A flight in from Northern Nevada and a drive from So California, hotel reservations, a moving company all in question because when reminded of his mistakes, Ben initially put this off on my husband, stating Fred made the mistakes, and the problems were our fault not his. Better communication and to actually work with an experienced professional. We didn’t even work with the loan officer on our loan and never heard back after many attempts to get things resolved. Even on the last day final signing my paper work was wrong. It was incredibly frustrating and received no apology for the multi errors made during the process.

Everything except that it would have been nice if on the closing disclosure, you had included the unit number. This vital piece of information is missing.
