The Dehart team at Nova home loans is the best lenders that I have ever had the experience to work with. They will keep you up dated play by play on what is happening with your loan. Their response time to my emails and or phone call questions was incredible. (Usually within hours if not immediate). I feel confident in recommending them to not only my clients but to friends and family members as well. My husband and I own a small family business and it seemed as though we could never qualify for a home loan. We went to Dustin and he helped us step by step how to get our affairs in order to qualify for a loan. We are now proud homeowners of the house of our dreams. I believe if it hadn't been for Dustin we would still be living in a rental! Dustin lived up to everything he promised us.

Our experience with the whole staff at Nova was incredibly positive. From the initial meeting through the loan being picked up by a different server, all of our questions have been answered almost immediately, all fears and worries put at ease, and they made the home buying process quite painless. Dustin Dehart is wonderful! I was a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing or where to start. He made it simple for me to get my Pre-Qualification letter so that I was able to start looking at homes with my Realtor. He made sure that everything was in order so that we were able to close on our home on time, and the process went so smoothly! I will absolutely be referring my friends, family, and co-workers to Dustin.
