If you are looking to buy a home and need to make sure that NOTHING happens at the last minute to stop the deal and that you can trust that everything is taken care of as easily as possible...this is the place to go. No one can get your mortgage processed as quickly and easily as these folks. I would only go here next time we need another mortgage!

Everyone at Waterstone Mortgage was extremely helpful throughout our entire home buying process! Being our first home purchase, we had many questions throughout (especially since it was a lengthy short sale). We just closed on a Condo property with the Dustin Owen Mortgage Team within a 30 day time frame, from the time the offer was placed to close! The team were fantastic. I'd had an issue with my lender, so I rang Kevin to see what options were open and viable with regards to refinance, rates etc. 24 hours later I had an answer and we began the process - 45 days later, with the help of Brittany, we'd refinanced, moved lenders and saved 13 years of mortgage term...apart from making my mortgage payments for me, which would be nice, I cannot think of anything else they could do to make things better for myself and the family. This is our second home purchase in 2 years. We had such a fantastic purchase with Dustin's Team and Waterstone Mortgage that we chose to go with them! Why go anywhere else?When you finally get your keys, you will absolutely be glad you closed with Dustin and his team. Kevin is a rockstar! Dustin and his team went way beyond what I would of expected for a mortgage team. I was always in constant contact with someone from the office and they always answered me within an hour or so. Kevin even stopped by at our closing to help us celebrate! If I ever have to buy another home I will have no hesitation on who to go to!
