I worked with Dustin on a 10% down home loan with a piggyback and he made the process very easy and answered all my questions. Let me tell you, I had A LOT of questions. He gave me all of my options and let me know what would work best for me and my family in our situation. He also was able to get the price of the home down after we negotiated with the realtors! I highly recommend Dustin and his team to handle any type of mortgage loan.

Dustin helped my wife and I secure a mortgage on our new home in June 2015 while at the same time helping a family member finance the purchase of our old house. While our mortgage was relatively easy as far as mortgages go, the other mortgage was challenging and we had to change approaches midway through.
