It was a lengthy process and too many documents were requested, I understand it wasn't Al Harris' rule but in general I think the banks ask too many questions. Al was very good in general.
Harris always made it a point to stay in contact with me and my husband. Never felt he he was too busy to talk with us and always made a point of staying in contact no matter what time of day.
