It was a lengthy process and too many documents were requested, I understand it wasn't Al Harris' rule but in general I think the banks ask too many questions. Al was very good in general.

You have an awesome team always answers my questions with great detail. Making me feel comfortable as if I knew everyone in person and for a couple years even though we only spoke over the phone and only worked together for a couple weeks. You guys are fast and great at what you do. What I loved the most was that you would always answer the phone and ask how my day was going before we got down to business.
