First time customer and signed up for a maintenance agreement. EAC came highly recommended and they were impressive. Excellent communication and service. Eric and his trainee did a thorough job. Happy my system is running smooth and want to maintain when we need it. Email and texts were helpful along with picture and bio of technician.
Jereme did a great job! He’s friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He was so helpful in setting up our unit to my phone. I would never have figured it out on my own. I’ve used E.A.C. for years and I can honestly say their great service has always been consistent, they are Quality people.
Nick Paulson from E.A.C. Heating & Air did an excellent job servicing my Carrier Air Conditioner and changing the filters. He even cleaned the coils as the bushes were overgrown and stained the Carrier unit. He went above and beyond! All the technicians have been very good. E.A.C. texted me a reminder the day before and Nick texted me 30 minutes ahead of arrival time.
Ryan was prompt, polite and informative about each step of the service - which was a good as it could be. Ryan had previously came out on an emergency call and had things up and running within 20 min of arriving. Great Job
Ryan with EAC arrived on time to my house for biannual servicing of my Carrier HVAC unit. He was very kind and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Ryan showed up on time and was so polite to put on shoe covers before entering my home. It was such a nice sign of respect and I appreciate his efforts.
