Dan was patient and responsive in helping me decide which units i needed to buy. Gustavo and Miguel performed the install of the two units efficiently and with consideration for my home while transporting the equipment in and out of my house. Scheduling is always done with our input. Very professional and pleasant service. Very thorough and was very prompt today. We pay for a twice yearly maintenance contract. Always glad we have one.
At the end of December 2008, our air conditioner/heat pump died. I received estimates from thee companies for the removal of the existing equipment, installation\ setup of the new system, new lines\ sealing them, and a new thermostat. E.A.C. Heating and Air had the most competitive price. They also included maintenance on the ac unit. The E.A.C technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and the installation went quickly.
