Great company that treats customers like real partners in the care of your heating and air conditioning system. Had our 6 month checkup and service today. We bought new filters from Amazon at the advice of our tech (much cheaper!). The existing filters were deemed still good, so not replaced and we have them on hand for next time. Everything cleaned and sanitized, checked and declared in good order. Yea. Love these guys.
After reading many reviews we set up a 2-year service contract with EAC Heating and Air. Our first service was by Jared who was very thorough in checking out both of our heat pump systems and replacing one component. He clearly explained everything he had found and completed. We will ask for him by name. Due to the age and condition of our main heat pump system we requested a quote for a replacement. Installed a new 3 ton carrier heat pump and air handler. From the time of the quote to the install everything was extremely professional and well done. The price was excellent and the installers did a great job minimizing disruptions to our home and cleaning up . Would recommend EAC to anyone.
Our Tech Anthony arrived on time and did a great job adressing our needs. In addition, he took the time to fix a few issues that would have been a problem in the future - and he did the small fixes for free! I would not hesitate to use EAC for all my HVAC needs in the future!
Jared was our tech and he was wonderful. We have been customers of EAC since 2015. Previously lived on Hilton Head and they serviced our unit twice a year thu their service plan. We now live in Hardeeville and have moved into a house and they had no issue comming out to continue working for us. Very professional company and would recommend them highly.
