Great place for rehabilitation for seniors . The staff at East Bay are doing a great job . From the top down with the Administrator Shane truly getting the big picture as he has worked his way through the nursing home ranks . Ashley the Director of Marketing isn't looking to get you into a bed she's looking to get you a solution to your rehabilitation needs . It's evident in her approach .
My auntie went to a nursing home close by and her room was so small, her roommate was too loud, and she got the flu. After going back to Eden she was sent to East Bay. The team was so nice to my Auntie. She got the rehab she needed; she returned home last night. So thankful to Shayne. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful.
I have never stayed in a center like this before because I've always been pretty healthy. I just had knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago and spent time at East Bay Post-Acute Center and I went in not knowing what to expect. I can only say that EVERY SINGLE PERSON at this place was kind, caring, and good to me. It didn't matter how many times I was in pain at night and needed help, someone was always at my side within a minute or two. I've experienced family member's being in SNF's before and you never really know what to expect. This experience when my aunt came here exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely pleasant, communicative, and expressed true empathy and compassion, as if they were caring for their own family members. Thank you so much for the care you provided to my aunt and making this easy for my family.
Love this facility, my mother came here after her hip surgery. The staff is beyond helpful and incredible,they took care of my mother like it was there own mom. Thank you so much for all you did for my mom and our family.
BACK AGAIN. . Home away from home.. Came from highland ICU then RECOVERY now HERE. Was little rough transitioning due to mis communication with highland DOCTORS and CNA here. But special Appeciation & Thanks to : Maringer Kuar CNA and Km Yung. CNA and a few others ...Dieula Leopold CNA & Karrington Price CNA & STAFF ..We able to fix it all. My aunt recently stayed here after what the doctor explained was a complicated uti. We were hesitant about her going into a nursing home because she's never been before, but we didn't have an option because she needed IV antibiotics. I have to say, it wasn't anything like we had worried it would be. The staff were all so kind to her and made her feel like she was part of their family. Based on my experience, I highly don't recommend this facility. major issue is persistent short staffing, with frequent call-offs that leave remaining staff responsible for an unmanageable workload. This creates a stressful environment for employees and raises serious concerns about the quality and timeliness of care provided to residents. When staffing levels are consistently inadequate, it becomes difficult to meet residents' needs, respond promptly, and maintain the standard of care that individuals deserve. After having been here for six months, the only redeeming service they offer is excellent physical therapy. The food was represented to us by a pretty young sales person as "chef inspired". The food was decent the first few weeks, even showing some creativity. Over the last four weeks it has rapidly declined, in pallatability, quantity and nutritional content.
