I'd like to start by saying this is my first and only experience with a place like this. This is just my personal view. This place was awful. When my grandma was admitted Thursday night they incorrectly listed her as covid-19 positive and had her quarantined to a room by herself. After we brought it to the attention of the staff that she wasn't positive and had been vaccinated months ago they gave her a roommate. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVEONES HERE!!! this is the worst rehabilitation facility I have ever known!! the staff is not friendly, empathetic nor sympathetic. They do not communicate with relatives. No one ever calls you back, and you can never get in touch with anyone to get answers. We have been trying to get in touch with the facility director, the social worker, etc. but no one have returned our call. You cannot freely visit your love ones, because the visits are monitored. This place is horrible. I am currently a patient here. I can't wait to get outta this hell hole . The night staff ( not all of them but on this night they ain't doing shit nov 11/11/20) don't do nothing but gossip and try to talk to janitor... I have had my ringer on which is my buzzer for my room no one had came and checked on me yet

I usually don't write reviews or read into them because I like to give everything a fair chance, however, after our visit here, I am. Driving up to the residence was kind of weird, there is VERY limited parking, even with the limited parking there is ONE spot to get someone in or out who needs a walker or wheel chair accessible. My grandfather is in a wheel chair so I have to drop him off on the side- go to the back to park and go back to push him inside through an exit door. The worst place I ever seen. This place smells, old linen, furniture is old and damage. Staff is not friendly & they never answer the phones. This place is shit!!!!

Do Not be fooled by the online photos, info, or the phone recording message! That is not at all what you get. What you DO get is no communication, filthy rooms with peeling paint, falling apart furniture, dirty vents, dried fluids on walls, no phones for patients etc. I would also give no stars if could! If i could give this place no stars i would. They don't contribute and help each other out at this facility as a whole. Every time i walk into this place i get ignored and I'm not meant to be there past 5 minutes but somehow its always just a problem to get ONE favor. They always have attitudes & no strive to help anyone but themselves, so therefore my review is a complete zero for all of the staff that work there.
